The valley of Roses is among the most valued places of Morocco. With a natural mixture of colors and cultures, it is a region that you will entirely cherish during your passage. This trip of eight days will allow you to discover it in its entire splendor.
Your trip will start as soon as you get to the airport of Marrakech. We will make a minibus which will serve you as a shuttle to your hotel at your disposal.
Day 2: From Marrakech to Ait Youl -7hrs of route- 330km
We must get up early, as the trip of the day will last at least 7hours. After having breakfast, we will take the minibus with the guide to the pass of Tichka which is at about 2260m high. On the way, you can already swim in the typically Berber landscape with its small villages nestled in the hollow of the cliffs. We will stop at Ouarzazate for lunch before continuing the way to the palm grove of Skoura. We will certainly pass over the fortress of M’goun then in the valley of Dades and its magnificent Kashbahs. Besides, we will leave our luggage for the night in one of them, the one of Ait Youl.
Day 3: From Ait Youl to Aguerzaka – 5hrs30
Le trekking will start the third day. We will prepare the team early with the mule-drivers to go across the valley of Dades. We will go along oued Dades during a walk of about 40minutes before leaving the valley for another one with a drier face. After 3hours of trek, we will come out Ouzighim. We will afterwards break in the village of Ighrem Aqdim for lunch. We will walk back to the village of Aguerzaka. In all, we would have done 5heures and a half of walk.
Day 4: En route for Alemdoune – 5hrs
After a deserved night, we will fold our luggage for the valley of Ameskar. For that, we must climb 200meters of difference of height by crossing the forest of juniper trees. It is at the edge of the small village of AmeskarTahatani that we will stop for lunch. We will cross over several villages having the shape of Kasbahs to get to the one of Alemdoune. We will set our camping near the gorges of pink laurels, at the end of the valley of Roses. We will then pass the night in the open, under a tent to appreciate the vault of heaven embellished with thousands of stars.
Day 5: Morning departure from Alemounde to Boutarharar – 5hrs
The fifth day will let us go over the valley of pink laurels. The landscape that we will go across will be more picturesque with the numerous Kasbahs which are on the way to the village of Amejgag. The lunch break will be on the riverside which passes not far from the village of Aznag. Crossing oued will be required to be able to join Boutarhar and set a camping there.
Day 6: Leaving for Tabarkhacht – 5hrs30
In the morning of the sixth day, we will take back the route to go to Ait Said. Each portion of this journey will be a visual pleasure where greenery is almost there. Beautiful Kasbahs will continue to show us amazing places along the way which finally comes out to Hdida where we will lunch. The afternoon, we will run a bit to Tabarkhacht where we will set our camping.
Day 7: From Tabarkhacht to Marrakech – 6hrs
The day before the last marks our way back to the capital city. We will then take the minibus to go back to Marrakech where you will be able to profit from the rest of the day to go shopping. What would be a trip to Morocco without visiting the markets and bring even just a small thing for souvenir?
Day 8: Embarkation at the airport
Here we are at the end of your stay in Morocco. Our service ends once you get the plane. We will then be in charge of driving you to the airport in our minibus and hope that your adventure would have been among the most impressive ones through the beauty of the landscape and the meetings you have done.
