Formalities and visa
You must have a valid passport to stay in Morocco. If your stay lasts more than 3 months, it is advised to contact the Moroccan immigration service.
The operating currency in Morocco is the Dirham (MAD). 1 Euro represents about 10 Dirham. You can exchange money in banks or approved establishments recognized by the display of a golden panel. The opening hours are generally from Monday to Friday from 8:15a.m. to 11:30a.m. and from 2:15 to 4p.m. in winter and from 8a.m. to 11:30a.m and from 3 to 5p.m. in summer. These times may change during the period of Ramadan.

No vaccination is required. However, avoid drinking tap water as well as water from hawkers. Prefer mineral water in bottles.
Against the sun, think about protecting yourself whether with cream or with a light fabric.
The modern buildings dispose electrical installations which operate on 220volts and 110volts for the old ones. French type of electrical outlet.
