You can sign up for our trips with our advisers ( in the agencies or by telephone ) or via our website Your registration is being definitive as from you receive confirmation in our website, by the online registration procedure.

For any registration, we require a firm confirmation within 30 days before the date of your arrival. Your registration will be validated once we have received the total payment at your booking.


If you have to cancel, cancellation fees will be charged:

–More than 30 days before your arrival date: no charge

– From 20 to 10 days before your arrival date: 10 to 20% of total cost

–From 9 to 2 days before your arrival date: 25 to 50% of total cost

–From 1 and 0 days before your arrival date: 75% to 100% of total cost


Our price doesn’t include repatriation assistance insurance.

CNV has the mission to inform the client about the content of their trips and stays, the conditions of payment, the cancelling conditions and the contract modification. As far as is possible, all information given in the website are updated regularly.

The conditions of sales are applied to all of the services offered by our advisers: Stays, tours, excursions, renting…

Personal information protection

The information you’ve provided at your booking will not be transmitted to any third party outside of the service suppliers which you ordered.These information will be considered as confidential.

In accordance with the information technology and individual freedom protection act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, to modify and opposition the personal data on you. For that, you only need to ask us online or email us to give your name, first name and address.


CNV reserves also the right to modify the confirmed arrangements, with or without notice, when it comes to preserving interest and security of the parties concerned.

Journey times

The journey times includes the day of departure, starting from the time of arrival at a Moroccan airport to the return day until the boarding time at a Moroccan airport. Prices are calculated based on the number of day per person.


Please notice that the approval and tourist classification of accommodation options comply with the Moroccan regulations and customs.
In terms of international hotel industry, the applicable rules require the client to check in from 2p.m. regardless of the time of arrival of their flight. Then check out before 12a.m. whatever their return flight schedule. Hence, if you check out at 10a.m. for instance, the two hours (10 to 12a.m.) are considered as an overnight, no refund will be made.

Room types

The single rooms include a single bed. Provided for a limited number, they are often subject to a supplement.
The double rooms include either two beds or a double bed.
The triple and quadruple rooms are often double rooms equipped with extra beds.

Les repas

Le nombre des repas dépend du nombre de nuits passées à l’hôtel.
Que ce soit dans le cadre de la pension complète ou de la demi-pension, les boissons ne sont pas comprises, sauf exception dûment mentionnée dans le descriptif.


The number of meals depends on the number of nights spent in the hotel. Whether part of full board or half board, the drinks are not included, except duly mentioned in the description.



The reservation will not be considered as confirmed only upon reception of 50% deposit of he total amount. The altter is determined as follows:


During his registration, the client has to pay a deposit depending on the total amount of his stay as above mentioned, then, pay the remaining balance by:

  • By Paypal, bank check, bank transfer, Western Union, Money Gram.

Cancellation and modification by the client

If you find yourself obliged to cancel your trip, you will have to inform us by any written means, so as to receive a receipt confirmation as of the operative event of cancelling occurs. It is the date of insurance of written which is taken as the date of cancellation. To be taken into account, any cancellation, partial or on total, must be received by CNV via email, the date of receipt.

As far as possible, we will try to satisfy your requests for modification, at the latest, one month before the departure date. If these change requests concern the extension of stay, the increase in the number of persons or purchasing an additional service, only the price of the changes will be charged in supplement.

Any change request by the client about any of the travel services, after subscription will be changed; for all change requests and/or travel service additions occurring during the trip, expenditures induced are at the expense of the participants and to be paid by all means for on site. In the event of failure to pay, CNV cannot be liable to grant requests. Any claims must be made IN WRITING et BEFORE THE DEPARTURE FROM MOROCCO.

Luggage – Personal effects

The agency cannot be held responsible for, in the event of loss, theft and damage of luggage or personal effects throughout the travel. In case of a problem, the clients are recommended to declare the facts to the competent local authorities (submission of complaints).

If you have a medicated treatment, keep it with you in a handbag (with prescriptions), do not send it in the hold. It is also recommended to keep with you, in the handbag, your valuable items: camera, camcorder, glasses, keys of apartment and car; jewelry etc.

The reservation of the services offered on the site implies from the client a prior acceptance of the present general and particular conditions of sales, completed by the particular conditions of applicable sales to different services specific to each supplier of trip (Conditions of sales of each trip supplier are available by clicking the link suggested during the site consulting before booking the trip).

By clicking the customer confirmation of purchase, any client who has joined a trip acknowledges having taken note of the product description booked, the present general and particular conditions o sales and that of the service supplier booked, and then agree in their entirety.

In the event of any conflict between the general and/or particular conditions of sales and the agreed contract among the customer and the agency, the provisions of this contract shall prevail.


The applicable prices of your tour are those available on the website. The price per tour and per traveler is set on the basis of the minimum number of participants mentioned in the tour offer.

Particular conditions – High mountain/Ski and snow

The management staff chosen by CNV or their partners (High mountain guide, medium mountain leader or ski instructor) to lead a tour group is the sole judge throughout the tour, to achieve or modify the planned program so as to ensure the security of the travelers and the smooth running of the trip and to deal with unexpected events. He is also authorized to cancel and/or interrupt the trip of a client for security reasons. There would be an alternative proposed to the traveler in question.

Depending on climatic conditions and/or the peak object of climbing, the physical conditions o the travelers, CNV, via its representatives, can propose the travelers an adapted program. The extra charges are at the expense of the travelers. The interruption of the stay of a participant shall not give rise to reimbursement.
